My friend has forgotten the admin password of his Windows XP (Pro) PC. His PC no longer reads the original Windows XP disc. (He still has the licence key.) And I believe the only way to fix this is use the original Windows XP Disc or a System Recovery Disc. I've asked Family and Friends but they've thrown their XP discs away a long time ago. So can anyone tell me if I can still obtain a replacement disc for Windows XP? (or download).
Or can I download a Windows XP System Recovery Disc?. Or can I download a genuine App to get us out of this problem? There seems to be lots of dodgy apps on the Web. Thanks in advance.
